This book was recommended to me by someone at my last company. I skimmed it at the time, but I’m finally getting around to reading it and spending some quality time thinking about it. It’s easy to read, has clear guidance, and offers a wealth of good ideas and bad ideas. I like when they tell you what NOT to do. It really helps clarify the scope of the suggestions.
