Here’s a reminder: Don’t waste peoples’ time. Your meetings should add value for the people who attend them. Make sure you’re giving everyone who you invite something important that they need for success in their job, or reconsider inviting them.
If people wanted to hang out with you and hear your voice, they’d invite you to coffee.
